I strive to provide a safe space, free of judgment, where you can be authentically you and open to exploring the areas of your life that are difficult to navigate alone.
When starting your therapeutic journey with me, I believe it is important for me to get to know you holistically — by understanding your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, body sensations, and environmental influences. I approach counseling from a humanistic framework. In my collaboration with you, it is essential to strive towards increased awareness of self.

My goal is to support and empower you along your journey through life to increase confidence and self-esteem.
I work with adults, couples, and individuals transitioning into young adulthood who are experiencing a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationship conflict, trauma, marriage/divorce related concerns, significant life transitions, and stress management.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas, where I also previously completed my undergraduate studies with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with minors in Counseling, Human Development, and Family Studies.
No matter where you are along your journey through life, I am here to meet you where you are at and continue to walk alongside you. Reach out and we can start this journey together.
